  • Valid for new and existing  clients.
  • The discount is calculated using the standard single treatment price, and not pre-paid prices. 
  • Skin Treatment exclusions: Add- ons (as they are already discounted)
  • Multiple treatments and/or sessions may be purchased. All payments must be made in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
  • Limited time only. Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time. Prices may change at any time without notification.
  • Zip payments accepted for all purchases of $100 or more.
  • All prepaid treatments will expire after 12 months from payment date.
  • There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be pre-purchased however the terms of use and redemption as detailed in our prepaid treatments policy apply and are available on our website.
  • Same day bookings are available , however bookings can be made  prior to secure your suitability. 

PRE-PAID TREATMENTS 

All prepaid treatments, packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded for change of mind.

Prepaid services must be used within the stated validity period of 12 months. Expired sessions will not be honoured or extended.

Missed or cancelled appointments may result in the session being forfeited or a cancellation fee being applied.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and to make full use of your treatment package.
