Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or faulty items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with proof of purchase and photos of the product.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
