CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
At BEAUTY BY E, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to be fair and transparent with our cancellation and refund policies for both appointments and products. Please read the information below to understand your options.
Cancellation Policy
New clients should arrive 15 minutes before their schedule in order to complete required paperwork.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 fee.
No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by email or phone.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment or purchase.
Refunds are only available under certain circumstances.
For change of mind, there are no refunds for products and services.
